The Boutique Sapa Hotel and attatched Bella Vista Restaurant are located in the heart of Sapa town, just a short stroll from the market and church, and boasts some of the best real estate in Lao Cai province. A majority of the 12 double rooms and 6 twin rooms include balconies with views of Fansipan peak and either the colorful Fansipan Street, or the Muong Hoa Valley and Sapa town. Views range from 3rd floor, at street level, to 6th floor on our rooftop terrace.

The purpose of our letter is to outline the special promotions currently in place until September 30th, and to offer future favoritism to interested customers. Guests at our hotel enjoy discounts of 10% on all services in the hotel, and 15% if three or more services are purchased. In addition, the 16th customer in any group of 16 or more diners in the Bella Vista restaurant eats for free. If your party later agrees to a measure of friendship and fidelity with our hotel, we would be more than happy to offer additional services and benefits.

The Boutique Sapa Hotel offers guests 18 rooms in all. The smallest room is about 28 m2 (300 ft2) and the biggest room is 40 m2 (430 ft2). These come in three styles of room; namely suite, deluxe valley view, and deluxe mountain view.
A majority of rooms include a balcony with a chair and table, as well as a high-quality view. In total we can house up to 48 Vietnamese visitors or 36 foreign visitors at a time.
Rooms are furnished in a modern, elegant, and luxurious style, handpicked by a local interior designer, and including a wardrobe, makeup table, and small chest. All rooms also include an LCD TV connected to digital cable.
Finally, we offer complementary fresh fruits, traditional local alcohol (some rooms), Vietnamese tea, mineral water, internet connection, and WIFI...The room amenities are coming soon

We serve the best seasonal organic and free range produce available from local suppliers. We go to the markets regularly and work closely with our local suppliers to ensure both quality and variety in the dishes we serve our guests. Our menu changes regularly to feature the season’s produce while maintaining a broad selection of local food from the northern Vietnam region.
Bar: Sapa Terrace duplicates the look and feel of a typical Parisian sidewalk café which offers diners a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere where snacks and refreshments are available throughout the day. In the evening diners can enjoy their favourite beer and cocktail while experiencing the alluring sights and sounds of Sapa.
Sapa Terrace is the perfect place to relax for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sit back after a big day of treking with a cup of tea or a snack, enjoy your favorite drink and watch life go by.
